The Fionia was built in the 1920’s and the building is a classic from
that time. This lovely five storey brick building is located on a small, tree
lined street, neighbored by other heritage apartment buildings. The Fionia
is located across the street from one of the quieter entrances into Seattle
Center, a city jewel with open grassy spaces, fountains, pedestrian plazas,
restaurants, sports arena, museums, four theatres and the newly opened McCaw
Hall Opera House. All of this is just minutes away from your front door when
you live at the Fionia.
Many residents choose to utilize the Metro Transit system to transport them
to virtually anywhere in Seattle. There is convenient
street parking and ample rental parking is available next to the building.
One of the benefits of living at the Fionia is that residents can take advantage
of the wide variety of shopping, restaurants and nightlife located within walking
distance of the building.
